How is a candidate’s resume displayed? Every candidate on Cutshort has a resume attached to their Talent Card. You can view it with a single click — but by default, contact details (like phone number and email) are masked. unlock talent card screenshot 1 Why are contact details hidden? To keep the process transparent and respectful of candidates’ privacy, we only share contact details once you show interest through an Unlock. What happens when I unlock a candidate? When you click “Unlock profile” on a Talent Card:
  • The candidate’s contact details (email and phone) become visible on both the Talent Card and the resume.
  • You now have full access to reach out to the candidate directly.
  • Your account will be charged one unlock credit.
Pro Tip: Review the Talent Card and resume before unlocking to ensure the candidate is a strong match.
