Cutshort does not list every open role in one flat list. Jobs are matched to your talent card and shown where they are most relevant to you. Use Recommended Jobs and filters to narrow down what you see.

On the website

  1. Log in at cutshort.io.
  2. Open Find jobs → View jobs (Recommended jobs).
  3. Browse the list and open any job to read details and apply.

Filters to use

On the jobs page, use filters to narrow results:
  • Location — city, remote, or hybrid
  • Experience — years of experience the role expects
  • Skills — roles matching skills on your talent card
  • Hiring activity on job — jobs where companies have been active recently (good ones to apply to first)
Clear filters if the list looks too narrow, then add them back one at a time.

Saved jobs

See jobs you bookmarked under Find jobs → Saved jobs: cutshort.io/profile/saved-jobs

Keep your talent card accurate

Recommended jobs depend on your talent card (skills, experience, location, salary, notice period). If results look wrong, review your dashboard and Edit talent card before searching again.

On the Cutshort mobile app

  1. Open the app (Android / iOS).
  2. Go to the jobs section to browse recommended and saved roles.
  3. Use the same filters available in the app to narrow by location, experience, and other criteria.

Tips for better results

  1. Start with Recommended Jobs — these are matched to your profile, not a generic job board search.
  2. Filter for hiring activity — apply to jobs where recruiters have been active recently.
  3. Apply to several relevant roles — do not wait for one perfect match; see Companies are not replying to my applications.
  4. Turn on alerts — install the mobile app or enable WhatsApp notifications so you do not miss new matches.

The help chat cannot search jobs for you

If you asked the support chat to “find Java jobs in Bangalore” or similar, use the steps above in the product instead. The chat can answer how Cutshort works; job listings live on the jobs page.
