I'm not able to upload my resume - Cutshort Help

Resume upload can fail during signup, on your dashboard, or while applying to a job. In most cases, trying again from your dashboard fixes it.

Log in at cutshort.io with the email on your Cutshort account.
Open your candidate dashboard.
In the talent card section, click Update resume and upload your file again.

Use a PDF or Word file under the size limit shown in the uploader. If you uploaded the wrong file, uploading again replaces it. You can also update resume-related details from Edit talent card on the same dashboard. See How to update your resume for more on talent cards.

On mobile

Open the Cutshort app, go to your profile or dashboard, and upload your resume from there. If upload fails in the app, try the same steps on the website using the link above.

Still not working?

If you see an error (for example, upload fails, spins forever, or “failed to get signed URL”), email engineering@cutshort.io from your registered Cutshort email so we can open a ticket. Include:

The email you use to log in to Cutshort
What you were doing (dashboard upload, applying to a job, signup, etc.)
The exact error message, if any
Browser or device (Chrome on laptop, Android app, etc.)

We will follow up from there.
