# How do I export searched candidates to a Google Sheet?

> Export candidates you found in search to a Google Sheet. ATS exports are free and are not counted in this usage.

Google Sheet exports are used when you export searched candidates to a Google Sheet. ATS exports are free and are not counted in this usage.

## How to export

1. Run **Top 50** on a search. See [How do I find Top 50 candidates who match all my requirements?](/employers/find-top-50-candidates).
2. When the shortlist is ready, click **Export to google sheet**.
3. Confirm in the dialog. It tells you how many profiles will export and how many Google Sheet exports you have left this month.
4. The sheet opens in a new tab. If the browser blocks the pop-up, Cutshort shows the sheet link instead.

Sending candidates to your ATS does not use these exports.

## How many Google Sheet exports Freedom plans include

The allowance refreshes each month.

| ----------------- | ------------------ |
| 1–19 employees    | 500                |
| 20–99 employees   | 1,000              |
| 100–499 employees | 1,500              |
| 500+ employees    | 2,500              |

## If something goes wrong

* **You have no Google Sheet exports left** — wait until the month renews, or email [hire@cutshort.io](mailto:hire@cutshort.io).
* **The sheet did not open** — look for the sheet link on screen. Your browser may have blocked the new tab.
